Did Uber Disable Safety Features in Self-Driving Car that Killed Pedestrian?

The auto parts producer who supplied Uber’s self-driving vehicles with radars and cameras says the popular driving service company disabled safety features in their equipment that could have saved the life of a pedestrian struck by one of Uber’s self-driving Volvos.
