Massachusetts Appeals Court Upholds Summary Judgment in USAA Homeowners Fire Insurance Case

A Massachusetts plaintiff representing himself filed a complaint with the courts against USAA alleging breach of contract, negligence, and breach of the covenant of good faith after the plaintiff felt compensation for his losses due to a house fire was not satisfactory.
