Appeals Court Affirms Summary Judgment in Employment-Discrimination Lawsuit

They also confirmed that Lewis was fired for violating his employer's attendance policy and not due to his race or filing an EEO complaint. In review of the case, the appeals court could not find any evidence to support Lewis's discrimination and retaliation claims. Read More>>> 22-10758.0.pdf (uscourts.gov)
