New Tennessee Law Provides Flexibility for Gig Economy

As New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Washington all consider implementing rules like California’s AB-5 to make it more challenging to classify workers as independent contractors, Tennessee moves in the opposite direction.
