The Missouri Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal of the state’s largest jury award which allowed the plaintiff, Dr. Raymond Brovont, to collect a $26 million award. In the original case, Brovont filed a complaint against two EmCare subsidiaries for wrongful termination.
