Woody Allen’s #MeToo Comments Come With a Price Tag

Woody Allen claims when Amazon canceled his contract it canceled the release of his next four films, which cost the writer-director between $68 million and $73 million. Allen and Amazon settled the suit out of court and the settlement has not been disclosed. Amazon claims Allen’s comments about the #MeToo movement and Harvey Weinstein “sabotaged promotional efforts for his films.” Read more about the case here.
